Click there and you can order 6 thirty hour courses totaling 180 hours, which is needed to get a Texas Real Estate License.
You can order and complete your Sales Apprenticeship Education (SAE) classes by clicking on Post/SAE Courses. After you have taken 180 hours and secured your Texas Real Estate License before the end of your second year of being licensed, you must take an additional 90 hours called SAE plus two 4 hour classes called Legal 1 and Legal 2. This will be a total of 278 hours.
After completing the 278 hours you must take 18 hours every two years in order to keep your real estate license active. This 18 hours is called Continuing Education (CE) also known as MCE. To get the CE/MCE classes you can visit rettschoolonline.com and click on the big red button labeled MCE.
If you are a Broker or a Team Leader and have other license real estate agents working under your license, you must take 6 hours of Broker Responsibility as part of the above 18 hours MCE/CE.
If you want to take the 180 hours in a classroom to gain instructor experience you need to participate in person at our Plano or Grapevine Texas Real Estate School just north of Dallas, Texas. These real estate licensing classes are held on the weekend in Plano and weekdays in Grapevine.
